On DeltaRelay trade interface, you can easily switch to Ledger wallet and select your current account. If you only have a Ledger and no other compatible accounts, we will automatically load your Ledger account.
If you are in trouble, please try the following:
- Disconnect Ledger. Close all of your tabs and quit your browser.
- Make sure you have a good, stable network environment.
- Use Google Chrome.
- Make sure you don't have any other apps or browser tabs that connect to your Ledger open (e.g. Ledger Chrome app, Mist, another DeltaRelay.com open etc.)
- Unlock your Ledger.
- Scroll and select the “Ethereum App” section on your ledger device.
- Under “Settings”, set the “Browser Support” AND “Contract Data” options to “YES”.
- Use a different USB cable.
